The Preschool room is for children aged from approx. 3 years to school age. We cater for up to 24 children each session on an 8:1 child to adult ratio. Activities are based upon the foundation stage curriculum and revolve around childeren's interests.

The Early Years Foundation Stage framework is used to plan for children’s individual development and next steps.Through a variety of topical activities, games, role play and craft, the children are introduced to a wide range of familiar and new skills and experiences through which they can practice, explore, investigate and learn. Music and movement, songs, action rhymes, stories and group discussions are also used to help the children enjoy learning about each particular topic.
